  1. Provide 24 hour diagnostic monitoring services to resolve problems concerning carbon monoxide, air borne particulates, temperature and humidity. A written report and charts are provided to document hour by hour changes within the home’s environment.
  2. Recommend and install Fresh Air motorized dampers to pressurize the house and control infiltration from outside the house.
  3. Recommend and install small or whole house dehumidifiers to control humidity within the home
  4. Recommend and install programmable thermostats for greater comfort
  5. Provide stainable wood return air grilles for custom looks.
  6. Provide "Emergency Services" on weekends.
  7. Pricing for service & repair work is "Flat Rate," not by time & material.
  8. Most used parts stocked in service vans and shop for after hours and weekend "Emergency Service."
