The Company
Clayton Air was licensed and established in a Galveston storefront on April 1, 1997 by Patrick Clayton and Louise Klump. We continue to grow through community involvement and providing high quality air conditioning and heating service. Clayton Air has recently expanded into larger facilities providing more space for inventory and equipment to better serve our customers.
All work meets local codes and 2000 International Energy Conservation Codes
Clayton Air is a member and endorsed by the Air Conditioning Contractors of America.
Management Team
Patrick Clayton is the founder and since recently retiring has taken the role of Consultant for the company. Focusing his energies on sales, training new technicians and consulting on design and installations. He has been involved in the air conditioning and heating business since 1980. Mr. Clayton has been a member of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) since 1997 and served on the national board of directors from 2004-2006.
Rick Barto began his air conditioning career working for his father’s company since the time he was 15 years old. Rick has been in the air conditioning business on the Island since 1992. He was the supervisor of Clayton Air for Patrick and Louise since 2000. In December of 2006 Patrick and Louise were ready to retire and sold the business to Rick Barto. Rick brings a world of knowledge and experience in construction, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance along with his extensive 24 year career in air conditioning and heating.
Jennifer Barto is co-owner of the business and is a licensed Texas Realtor and has been in property management for over 10 years.
Alan Fuller is a partner and the current license holder for the business. He brings 15 years experience as a licensed electrician and 5 years experience in air conditioning and heating. Alan is NATE certified.
